Stripes in the City

When it comes to summer, I gravitate towards two of my favorite things – the color blue and denim. I came across this stripe dress from the Nordstrom Warehouse sale and it was love at first sight! Would you believe me it was only $20! Serious!

Another item that I scored for a steal was this denim jacket. With the warm weekend we have been having, I want to take full advantage of the weather by lightening up my layers with this stone washed denim jacket. Both the dress and the jacket go perfect with my new pair of sandals I got from Le Chateau as their Shoe Ambassador.

This pair is higher is than I usually get when it comes to shoes, plus it’s the first pair of wedges I own. I have to say I love this pair! I love how it elongates my legs and makes it incredibly easy to walk (and run) around for a great length of time.

For accessories, I kept it minimal and hovered it around the color silver and white. Starting with my new watch from Christian Paul Watches that is available at Hudson Bay. To keep my watch company, I included this new leather strap I got a while back.
